At Momo Interior Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely and convenient manner, we have established the following shipping policy. 

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States and our shipping times are 3-5 days after an order is placed. 

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States.  For international orders, we ship through USPS and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping, including international duties, taxes and fees. 

We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 days of receiving them. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders may take longer to ship. 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other related issues, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost. 

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to weather, carrier related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS

 

Customers may return items for a full refund, provided contact is made within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted and will be returned to you. 

To initiate a return, please email info@momointeriordesign.com and provide your order number, item, and reason for returning. We will then provide you with further instructions for returning the item. 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return request. Please allow for up to 3-5 business days for us to process your request. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned to us safely.
